Not receiving texts from a friend on at&t

Hi everyone,
for some odd reason I am not receiving texts from a friend of mine using at&t, but I am receiving all other texts. The friend even gets my messages and sends theirs, but I have yet to receive one.
Any help would be appreciated, on either end.

I'd say it's your friend's problem. See if he can send them to someone else.

Are you getting texts from others? If so, do any of them use AT&T? At the moment it sounds like what HermitObserver suggested.

Yes, some of them do have at&t. I guess I will advise him to try and reset his phone. Thanks guys.

Try deleting the contact and reenter. I just had this issue with a fellow verizon wireless contact. Something went wrong when my phone synced this one contact and I could not send or receive texts from just them.
