Not playing whole ringtone!

My phone is only playing about the first half second of my text ringtone. (I have about 45 seconds of a song set as it) And thats IF it plays at all. half the time it doesn't even play.

This happened with me too. It may be just a bad file. Try to delete the ring tone and upload it again. I ended up switching ring tones and it worked just fine.
