Not finding service in Europe

New Member
Droid 3 - Just came from Japan and now in Europe. Phone seems stuck on Japan current country.
How can I force it to look for new country service.
just got the phone and don't know how to reset it. Tried the battery removel thing but nothing.
Any suggestions from anyone?
