Also are you rooted and ROM'd?

The only apps showing up are flash player, you tube , Google maps , at bat 11 and I have tons of more apps that should be there such as gas buddy , score center , yahoo mail, Droid forums and a good many more

Interesting. I had the same problem on the same day only, even after a phone restart.
Only 2 Google apps showed up.

I force stopped the Market app, deleted its cache and data and restarted the phone again, and the Market was back to normal.

If you did a phone reset you need to use the same google account you purchased apps with to get them back if they're paid. Stupid question also...did you try just restarting your phone? Not a wipe, just turning off and back on? Also try using a cache cleaner such as aCCleaner.
