no wifi or data

Brand new poster and member, but happy razr owner since day 1. OK, today,not so happy....I cant connect to wifi OR data. Tried all the little tricks, but still nothing. Can anybody help or have any ideas?

yes, I believe all settings are as they should be..I didnt change anything
