Unfortunately that is correct, for the most part we deal with Verizon phones/devices. But do not take that the wrong way. There is still plenty of Android info and news here, it just will be tough to find info specific to your device and carrier.

maybe try xda-developers.com ? I know they got like every device to ever hit the streets, cuz it takes my laptop like a full minute to load the forum listings hahaha

One is a sister site and very reputable. The other is from phandroid and is also very reputable. You will find some highly respected members of this forum at both places.
