No SIM Card, HELP!!! fixed

I've been using the phone for a hour and downloaded all my apps. Few minutes ago I get an email, get kicked off the network and now it says, "no SIM Card". Rebooted phone, still no SIM card.

you need to turn off the phone, remove sim card and reinsert it.

Mine has the same problem. From time to time it'd drop data/voice connection altogether and say "No Sim card". Had to reboot it to regain connection. Called amazon and a new phone was send out to replace.

I've had this problem too. I randomly lose all service n the phone says no SIM card. I haven't had to reboot it yet, just wait about 15 seconds and it usually starts working again. It's very irritating tho and makes me wonder if it will just get worse?
