No option to sync music

I have the Google Music Beta on my phone and computer. I have recently added albums to my library, on my computer, but they are not showing up on my phone. I checked settings>accounts & sync> Google, but there is no option to Sync Music. Any ideas on how to get that option to show up?

At this time you must upload to the cloud using an uploader program on your computer. Search Google's FAQ page to find the program.

I had to uninstall the Google Music app and reinstall it before the sync option showed up. You could also try clearing the app's data in Manage Applications.
