Bought the droid x 2 weeks ago, that was long enough to decide i didnt like it, so i took it back tonight and exchanged for a LG octane, a easy to use phone. The droid was a nice phone but just too much phone for me, i missed the simplicity of a easy to use phone with a keyboard for texting. Thanks to everyone who helped me out with questions on here.

As long as you are happy, that is all that counts. Good luck with the Octane.

Should of gotten the Droid 2 instead of the X since you wanted a keyboard thats my only suggestion.

If the Octane doesn't have a locked bootloader it could be considered superior to the X.

Us Motorola owners would give our left marble for the ability to "truly" be able to load custom software!

Hey, in the end, its all what the user/buyer wants in their device...Android can be a bit of a learning curve for some...

Hopefully, you will enjoy your new device as much as those of us who have Droid X`s enjoy ours...:)
