No mirror mode

Has anyone tried hooking their razr up using the hdmi connection since getting ics? I have tried on multiple televisions and nothing happens on my phone. My tv recognizes the connection but nothing happens on my phone. Any help or suggestions???

Yes used it the other day, phone gives a pop up to choose what mode I want to use.

Did you do a factory reset either before or after installing ICS? Have you tried a hard rest by pressing the volume down then the power button for 10 seconds?
