This happened on my first razr before it met its untimely demise and is happening on my week old replacement. I go to watch a movie or video and I have no volume, go into my settings and everything is where it should be. I'll play with the slider for media up and down a few times till the sound returns.....???? Any ideas? Possible factory reset to fix. I have already had to reset once with this new phone. Not happy.
