Had a conversation with a VZ rep and she said they were up to "H" for the upgrade. Got to wait awhile as I am an "S". Whatever that means.

That sucks. I was apparently an "A" because I was able to get it the day they released it. I disagree with the person who said ICS is better. My phone is much less buggy on JB

I haven't got it yet from VZW but I figured it had passed me by, as I am rooted. Then I read over some of the shrug-worthy features (and complaints) about JB and figured I was not missing much.
