No internet connectivity with stuxio xps using foxfi

This is my first using this forum so I apologize for posting in wrong area if I did. I just started using foxfi today and my laptop picks up the signal I can see im connected in the foxfi app. However I have no internet connectivity. I also read other issues ie bluetooth.... I dont have that on. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanx for the help.

You need to turn foxfi off and then turn it back on. Once it comes on switch airplane mode on and off and you should be good to go.
