No Hands on my Google Clock

When I go to my time widget I get no hands on my google clock on my google web page. Also is there a way to change the screen going black to staying on while in a call. The screen going black constantly is freaking annoying and causes many more buttons to be used to use the phone.

Clarification

After thinking about my post. I thought some clarification is necessary.

1. Hands on clock issue is actually when I open the gadget on my google home page with Droid. The google date and time gadjet does not function properly on Droid. I was curious if it is a Droid issue or a Google issue. I have posted in both places and no answers yet to either post.
