no contacts. .. help!!!

My friend has and Eris and I a Droid. But I don't know how to get her contacts back... any help is greatly appreciated.

But she doesn't have a Google account. Her contacts from Verizon have disappeared.

I was... Im still having a problem missing a few here and there no matter what I try

You can do an export to csv from backup assistant then import it into gmail contacts. Then they should sync to the phone automatically.

She needs to have a gmail account.
