No AM or PM in the clock...

Anybody else notice this and is there a way to add it. It's not a big deal but it just doesn't look right. Heh...

I've had everything set as Military time since 83.....lol

If I have the screen locked and turn the phone on I see the date and the time (with AM or PM). On the top bar after I unlock the phone I don't.
