No 4g after eclipse rom????

I rooted my Droid Bionic, and flashed the Eclipse ROM onto it. The network was in 4G for a few hours, and then I locked myself out of the sim. I unlocked the sim, and now I only get 3G. Android Version 4.0.4, System V 6.7.246.XT875.Verizon.en.US, Build V 6,7,2-223_DBN_M4-23

I had a similar issue. I flashed eclipse, no data. Went into safe strap, wiped cache a few times and rebooted, got data and 4g back after a little while (data was flaky for a couple of hours). Everything is fine now after a couple of days running...
