no 3G icon, No 3G connection......

i lost my Droid 1 couple months ago.

then i bought used Droid X a week ago by person 2 person.

i activated Droid X by myself. it was easy. i just signed up.

the problem is i can not use 3G. there is no icon(notification bar), no data connection

of coure i have data plan.

i went verizon last friday. they said i just need to wait 24 hours. it was about service problem.

but until today nothing happened.

i went verizon 5hours ago.

they said they did everything but they couldn't find what the problem is.

do you think this can make sense?

the guy told me that just refund from the guy who i bought.

i don't know what i am supposed to do.

i'm panic now........

The first thing u might want to do is a factory reset...settings/privacy/factory reset. Please be aware this will wipe the phone of all your data but should restore the phone to a new like condition...if u have data backed up it shouldn't be an issue to restore your stuff.
