Is it possible to flash that theme onto EC01 or does it need to be ported?

Should work...the ec01 themes work with eb01, so I would assume vice versa would as well

The theme may work but its going to downgrade the gapps in the EC01 Rom to older themed versions...not all things may work correctly or look correct aesthetically...just a warning
