I am sure that you can always find something to complain about, but overall, my 2012 RMHD is like a new phone! It is a very capable unit. This will be a tough act to follow!

Are you planning to upgrade? If so, to what?

I still have about 8 months, but if I could, right now, I am thinking of a Nexus 7 or Galaxy Tab 3, and maybe even the new RAZR Maxx. All very capable, I would have to check them out, before deciding.

Agreed. My Razr HD runs so well now I am not in a hurry to switch anymore. That's what an upgrade SHOULD do for your phone.
Although I am one of those that saw a big hit to battery life. Not that big a deal. It's plugged in a lot already.

I agree 100%. Due for upgrade in December, baring any great tragedies between now and then, I'm keeping the RAZR MAXX HD as long as possible.
