Originally, Google was only showing that the Motorola Nexus 6 would be coming to the Google Play Store in the US. Of course, it would be unthinkable to fathom that Google would only sell the device in one country through the Play Store, so this was a bit of a mystery. Apparently, Google was still deciding which countries would be the lucky few who will have Play Store access to the Nexus 6. Luckily, it looks like they worked that out: Country availability - Google Play Help

Google just updated their list of countries which will have the Nexus 6 available on the Google Play Store. On top of the US they added 12 more countries for a total of 13. Here's the list:
  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • France
  • Germany
  • India
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Netherlands
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
The consensus intel is that the Nexus 6 will finally launch on the Play Store on November 12th. There's no word as to whether it will launch in all of these countries at that same time, but it is a distinct possibility.
