Apps & media (movies, books, music, etc) as far as I know. I think the physical items are now considered the Google Store instead of Google Play Store.

You should buy apps. If developers can't make money creating apps, they won't make any apps. Then our phones would be boring.

I guess I meant I hardly buy apps. The ones I bought were pricey like sling box app which was $20 at the time. I probably buy $10 apps a year.

I like to spend a few dollars here & there if I really like an app or game.

I really like Google Opinion Rewards. You earn a bit of credit for answering questions. A lot of times, I'll save that up & use it to buy an app or game that I otherwise probably wouldn't have bought.
