As far as I know... No it hasn't.
Themes will no longer be ported by a member of the team. Contact the developer and either get permission to port it yourself, or ask that developer to port it to sapphire.

Bgill personally had a theme ported and defaced without his permission, and it led to some unnecessary actions. Bgill didn't want something like what happened to happen to sapphire, so he stopped porting themes.
