Next Droid selection help

I am a current Droid 1 (Original) user and love it....!!

I am looking for the next upgrade.

I require Keyboard, global access and 4G LTE.

So, Droid experts, which on and I looking for (or waiting for) ?

So far, no 4G or dual core phones with a keyboard that I'm aware of. Might want to question how important that keyboard is. I miss mine but the upgrade was worth it.
