I've had the Verizon Droid for a month now. The phone was delivered just as I was leaving the house. I simply bust open the box, dropped the phone, battery and, power supply in my pocket and continued on to work.
At work, I charged the phone for three hours, turned it on, tapped the screen and, called Verizon support. I said to support...I just got the phone, charged it, turned it on....now what!! They introduced me to the slide-on and we had a good laugh.
My next though was...the phone been out since late October '09, there must be an online forum for this. I searched the web, found the Droidforums.net and, have been at home since.
This forum is the best!! I learnt everything about the Droid and the applications to use by browsing this forum.
