Hi,

I'm using note 2 and having 2 issues.

Wonder if anyone can be of help.

1) can't launch play store

2) ) can't install apk files even though I have allowed installation from 3rd parties

Welcome to the forum

Go to settings - app manager - all and find that gapps app. Tap it and tell it to clear the cache and anything else you can clear. Then force stop it and restart the phone. If that doesn't help remove your Google account, restart then add it back in.
