Since I've already begun asking for help on here, I suppose I might as well introduce myself. My name is Rich, and I am an Army 2nd Lieutenant (as you may have guess from my user name (let the butterbar jokes commence)). I've had the Droid for a few months now, and I love it. I work as an Apple iPhone/CPU Tech Support phone advisor, and it's always a treat to tell those who ask if I have an iPhone, "Nope, I have a :motdroidvert:!." I've been a lurker on this site for awhile, just never got around to posting until now.

Welcome! Glad to have you. We have lots of lurkers and former iPhone owners. We even have former VZW customer service reps but I imagine you'er the first Apple customer service rep to join us.
