New Twitter App won't work

This has been going on for a while now. I didn't like one of the updates so I uninstalled it. And even though I didn't have the app on "Auto update" it did it anyway so I just uninstalled the update every time. Now my twitter app won't even open because everytime I try I have no choice but to force close. Is there any way that I could uninstall the app and re-install it?
