I have a Droid A855? I had to exchange my old Droid and now I am trying to recreate all my settings and apps.... Also trying to figure out why the USB connection will not work. VZW told me to install "Astro" and all would be well.. HA! No instructions. I have all my old stuff on my SD card but can't figure out how to get apps from SD card to phone. IF I go back to VZW store it will be my 5th visit... Grrrr..

Astro File Manager is in the market and is free. Not sure why VZW would tell you that it would help with the USB. If the USB is not working that is a hardware issue that VZW should fix or replace with no hassel. However Astro will help you install any apps that you have on your sd card. Once installed and you go into Astro you are looking at your sd card. From there you can click on the app and follow the prompts to install it.
