New to the Forum

I hail from the Lehigh Valley in PA and would love to get some help and feedback for my (Sprint, not Verizon -- hope that's okay) Photon 4G. I am not a technophobe, but this is my first Droid and some functions are frustrating to me. Any assistance would be appreciated. In particular, I am having problems getting into my Google/Gmail after I changed my password (from my laptop). I keep getting authentication errors. HELP!

Can you get into your Gmail from the Laptop? If you try accessing your email from a different computer and it works I suggest that you should try a Hard reset after backing up any important info(pic, video) and re add your gmail account to the phone
