In the short term or long-term? The default failsafe in SetCPU is a conservative number, so stick with that and give it a priority of 100 or close thereto. IIRC it's 50C. If you hit 140F CPU temp you're going to have a damaged Droid.

^+1 & remember in the summer or if you live in a hot area to be aware overclocking can compound the issue. I left my D1 in the car last August & the fail safe was going off. I believe it was at 54°c when I got out of class...scary!
