New to Forum

Hello,
My Treo Pro died and I just ordered the Droid from Verizon tonight. :icon_ banana: Been lurking for a few weeks. I like what I have seen thus far.
A lot of good information here. I know I will have quite a learning curve but I've had the Palm Clie, the Treo 650 and the Treo Pro. Should have my phone by Tuesday or Wednesday.

I know how I was when I was waiting for my Droid to arrive. Now you'll be ready for it and know what apps you want to start out with. I never used WinOS so not sure how the learning curve will be for you, but you know where to come for answers.

Welcome, Medicineman! You've made a wise decision and you won't be disappointed in your choice when that Droid finally arrives! The learning curve is a little steep, so to take up some time (waiting is a drag), read, read, and read some more. You'll be amazed at how much you can teach yourself by reading the threads here in the forum! Here's a good one about app recommendations.
