I had the same issue and someone thankfully replied to me.

It's under ROM Manager. Hit the drop down box, "themes" then hit "Download ROM" and it'll compile a list for you.

OreoSlice is the only 2.0 that opened for me so not sure if I did it wrong or that's the only 2.0 theme at the moment.

Make sure it says ALL. Then click on Download ROM. It's all in there.

Yea there's a glitch that hasn't been fixed yet you have to select all then all the themes will be there
