New [THEME] ICE-X- for Eclipse 2.2 on Droid 3

Droid 3 users will be excited to see the new Theme by developer "Dubsx". This theme is built specifically for the Droid 3 running Eclipse 2.2. The update to this theme is tagged "More Metal, More ICE". The theme is all about metal, and no we aren't talking about the Big Hair music from the 80's we are talking about the stuff on the periodic table from chem class, mainly Titanium!

Pretty much everything here has been all "Titaniumized" as you can see from the screenshots above!
