New problem..reboots

Has anyone been having spontaneous reboots lately? Over the last week or 2 I have had several unplanned inconvenient reboots. Some when sending a text, some when hanging up from a call, and one in the middle of a call. I've had this phone for 6 months now and this was never an issue until recently. My Bionic is stock on 902 and not rooted. I'm about ready to try a factory reset, but don't want to have to set everything up again.

Mine has been doing so, for a while. Haven't had it happen while I am actually using it. It happens while sitting, or in the dock (bedside). The boot-up sound and vibration wakes me up.

You can Always try the good ol battery pull, if you haven't already. also in manage apps, you could empty the cache for each app. Wipe data on some.
Check your apps of you have recently added a new one, might be a problem there.
