Just got a new Samsung Galaxy S21+
I was trying to put my music from my other phone on it and it is saying "Failed to play, storage unmounted"
On my old phone i had all my music on a micro SD. this new phone does not have a micro SD slot, so I got an SD Card reader to transfer the music that way. the phone sees the music, but it is giving me that error message, even though no SD Card is present. and even when i unplug the card reader, it sees the music i transfered over, but still says that it cant play it due to the "SD Card being unmounted"
