New phone razzr hd question

Got a new Droid razzr hd phone.
I was wanting to find out how after posting a picture of a contact on your home screen . That you call that person by touching the screen picture

You need to add a Direct Dial widget to the home screen. It should be listed in your Widgets area of the App Drawer.
