I have Sprint. Its an HTC EVO 4g LTE. It seems to have a mind of its own, like its hacked. I try and reboot, etc but it juat goes back to how it was, like it ignores my commands

Welcome to Droid Forums!! Typically we deal only with Verizon phones but what is happening to yours is odd. Have you taken it to the store or reached out to Sprint's tech support?

Sprint gives me the same B$ about wait around the store fr 3-4 hrs, they supposedly fix the issue, few days later, its not fixed. Bring it back, they give u a refurb when u paid top dollar for a new one. Same thing, diff phns! Jus realized this is for Verizon, ha told ya I'm a newbie!
