New & need help!

Ok, So I'm new to Droid. I recently got a Droid Incredible 2 about 2 weeks ago. This morning I noticed that my contacts and market were not working. I took my phone back to the Verizon store where the "helper" said that I needed to do a factory reset. Before she did this, she moved my apps to my SD card. Now that my market is working again, and I have my contacts back, I cannot access my apps that she "saved". How do I do this? Also, my home Wi-Fi was working before today's reset and now, my phone is not even recognizing that there is Wi-Fi here.

Please help!!!
Thanks!

As far as the apps on the sd card, those are deleted with a factory reset. You need to reinstall them from the market. If they are purchased, they will still be purchased, you just need to reinstall.

As to the wifi not working, that may be the factory reset did not delete everything or there is a problem with the phone. You could do another reset and see if it works or you may have to exchange it.

Good luck and welcome!

is your wifi network broadcasting the SSID? it's possible the network is hidden and you will need to set it up manually

Every factory reset I've ever done, the market has automatically reloaded every app I'd had on it. I've never moved stuff to the SD card though because I've used so little space.
