Thanks for being here, ...will prob need lots of help ...lol. My immediate fish to fry, if you will; is that my gmail account was brutally hacked and was spamming penis enhancement ads to my grandmother as well as all my other contacts so I had to delete it lest grandma and the rest of the gang believe I have changed career courses.
Now my phone, no longer being backed up by a gmail account; will not accept any new contacts and will not (I think) let me pull my 364 contacts that I already have in there onto a new droid.
Perhaps I don't even need the new droid. The folks down at the Verizon store ordered me a new one under warranty before it dawned on me that the deleted email account was probably the reason the old one would not keep new contacts. Maybe I should just get them to switch my service back to the old one huh ?
..............thoughts ?
