My phone was recently upgraded to the newest OS 2.2.1 which is required for adobe flash player but it is not listed in the Market Alps.

I just searched (Adobe) the Market on my computer. Flash is the third one. Log on using your computer and your Google account and install that way.

No when you log on with your computer and click install it will automatically install on your phone
