Hi all. Droid is on a FedEx truck on its way...

I'm trying to sort through all the rooting, tethering, wifi tethering, etc. Confused so far, but it looks like there's a ton of info here.

Welcome! This is the best place to share information and learn about your Droid. Hope that truck gets there soon. I suggest you get as much rest as possible because once you get your hands on your Droid you will be consumed.

Thanks guys. I am trying to decide if I want to make the leap to trying to wifi tether it right away or just usb tether it until I get my head around rooting etc. I have a lot of reading to do here! I found the right place, that's for sure.

Alright! It came right on time. It is awesome. The camera is a little weak but what the heck, it's a phone, not a dslr.
