Welcome aboard...what keeps force closing? If it is a specific app, you can go into system settings / apps / all / find the app that is giving you problems, open it, click clear cache & data (this will wipe the settings from the app)...otherwise, you can attempt to perform a factory reset on your device which will wipe all of the data from the phone and you would start like it was just out of the box...
