This phone is really a generation (or more) beyond the Bionic.

I got a refurb to replace my launch day gnex. According to the *#*# code it is not a refurb. I don't know if I trust the result of this code. I haven't seen anyone that had a yes result. But I may have missed it.

I use a diztronic matte case. The phone is way too slippery for me. I had a DX that I ran naked, but I just can't hold on to this one. The cruzer might interest me without the Andy on the back, but I really do like the diz. I actually have 2 because I wanted the rev 3 version. Tried it, liked it, sent an email and they replaced my rev 1 case no problem. I guess that means I have 3 of them .

I think you'll like it, billyk. I use the extended battery and it fits nicely.

Pretty much living in a parallel universe - got an extended battery as well!
Good to hear that the case fit is good.
I bought some screen protectors, although I have years of love/hate relationships with them.
Pretty much impossible to find a simple slip case for this phone though. Sena's case interferes with the on/off button and the cheap neoprene one from Hong Kong has Andy on it. Still looking...
