Hey everyone, new to the forums here. I just purchased a new Galaxy S3 on Monday, and am already having battery drain issues. I cycled the battery the first night, and also yesterday. Currently, I have 66% battery left, and I have had it off the charger for only 3 hours, with very minimal use (facebook, internet browsing). I downloaded GSam Battery monitor, and it's showing App Usage at 47% of the usage. Going into that, the actual Android System is using the most, at 15.1%. What I think is happening, is that my phone is CONSTANTLY awake. It's kept my phone awake for 2h 36min, with 1234.0 wake locks and 95 times waking the device.
What would I need to do to prevent my phone from constantly being awake? Any help is appreciated.
