Hello, my name is Dave and I'm addicted to droid.
(Oh wait... this isnt droid addicts annonymous lol)

I have the Droid DNA with Verizon and have been using and enjoying droid since the Motorola Droid 1.
I have had 4 now Including my DNA. I love it. best phone I've had so far.

I would like to learn more about rooting my phone. I would appreciate it if someone could inform
me of the benefits and any disadvantages (if there are any) to rooting the dna or any droid for that matter?

Ive used droidforums.net for problem solving issues with my other phones. Its full of helpful info.

A little insight please?

Can someone please give me a basic rundown of pros and cons to rooting? or a link to the proper thread?
