New fasinate question

I just got the phone and so far really like it but theres one problem. When i charge the phone the screen goes on, but not to the home screen it goes to an screen that has the big time and date w/ alarm clock, picture and home icon on bottom.

the screen never turns off. I checked the setting and i dont have it set to stay on when charging...any help would be great

Also is there any way to change the homescreen before the unlock?

Hit the lock button on the side to make the screen go off.

Did you download any alarm clock widgit because that happened to me so I got rid of the widgit and that got rid of the problem for me.
