New Email Account Issue

My business has a web site with web mail. I want that account to be directed to my Droid. Set up the account and did so successfully, BUT now it keeps cycling though "LOAD MORE MESSAGES". The only option I have is to touch it and then it says 'LOADING MESSAGES" for a few seconds before going back to the former message: "LOAD MORE MESSAGES". It doesn't load any messages and there seems to be no way to get out of the cycle??????????

If all the account settings are correct, try deleting the account and re-adding it.

The droid does gmail great but it really kinda sucks at other email.

OK, but now I can't seem to find any way to delete it. Any suggestions?

Got the delete solved, but tried repeatedly to add my web site email without success. It accepts both pop and imap and both add to the droid with apparent success, but fail to work. Any other suggestions welcome. Or, is there a help line for such problems?
