New Droid Owner

Picked up my Droid this afternoon. :icon_ banana: Great phone and I'm having a blast checking out the apps thru the marketplace.

One question tho, how does someone get a Google Voice number??

I think because of the Nexus One, (I think its preinstalled) Google has been rolling out invites a lot faster, I've heard weeks. I upgraded my Google Account awhile back, to have more space for Picasa/Gmail and was invited to Google Voice shortly after...

Search the forum for google voice, and you will see threads with people dealing invites
