Well, sort of new. I've had the phone for about a month and it's the first smart phone I've ever had. Now, I DON'T KNOW HOW I EVER LIVED WITHOUT IT!!! Wow, the things this phone does blows me away (and I'm fairly tech-savvy). I'm constantly shocked over things it can do. On the flip side, there are several things I *wish* it could do that I'm a little shocked it can't. Whatever, it's a great phone for me and I Love Love Love it
